Payments

All payments are due at the time of your visit.

Cash, health benefits cards, and all major credit cards are accepted.

• Please try to bring exact amount of cash for cash payments.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for our scheduled appointment or you have not notified us within 24 hours to cancel your appointment, you will be subject to a failed/late cancellation fee.
